I’ve posted this journal prompt before but it’s always worth re-visiting. A gratitude practice is something worth bringing to your life if you don’t already have one. It doesn’t even need to be in writing.
You can take space right now to list in your mind 5 things you’re grateful for. If you need help I wrote my Ultimate Gratitude List in December.
At the top of a new journal page write, “I am grateful for…” and let your gratitudes flow out of your pen. This is a particularly helpful exercise if you’re not feeling to grateful right now.
I find there’s always something to appreciate even in the face of adversity or stress. Don’t forget to set your timer for 10 minutes!
