Learn how to enroll the right clients for you with ease and confidence

In The Art of Empathetic Enrollment, alongside Andrea Leda & Chris Wilborn, you will learn the very process we use to fill our private practices with ease and confidence.

Is this course right for you?

  • You worry about coming across “salesy.”

  • You fear saying your prices out loud and worry no one will think you’re worth it.

  • You have been on the other side of a sales conversation that made you feel icky.

  • You want to be associated with service and helping and aren’t sure how a sales conversation can be either.

  • You fear hearing the word “no” and take it as a sign that you’re not good enough.

  • When someone offers an “objection” you don’t know what to say and want to quickly get off the phone.

  • You wish selling wasn’t a part of the client creation process, but nobody has taught you a way to sell that feels good to you.

If you’re ready to enroll clients into immersive experiences, small group programs, and high-tact coaching programs with ease, then The Art of Empathetic Enrollment is for you!

Together, you’ll learn:

  • Holistic enrollment process: Gain insights into our end-to-end sales process, designed to maintain fulfilling coaching relationships, ensure sustainable income, and attract your ideal clients.

  • Addressing objections kindly: Learn the art of proactively addressing objections and turning them into opportunities for meaningful engagement, resulting in higher success rates.

  • Value demonstration: Explore a comprehensive approach to showcasing the value of our services early on, effectively preparing clients for the offer presentation and accelerating their decision-making.

“One sale or less and this course will pay for itself. Before this class, I felt like I was winging it. I was letting leads run the call and use it to solve problems. I was falling into the trap of proving my worth by solving their problems on the call. Now, I have had more sales in the last two weeks than I ever thought possible. It feels like a switch has flipped. I feel more confident and I just signed my dream client (no joke!). I recommend this clinic to anyone that is an amazing coach but struggles through sales calls or those that feel you need to give away coaching to prove that it is 'worth' it.”

Course Modules:

Module #1

Getting Your Mind Right

Six issues commonly show up in enrollment conversations, which underscore the need to bring integrity into the process. They also highlight that enrollment goes beyond sales conversations and focuses on tracking the right metrics, preparing for success, and creating an Empathetic Enrollment Practice from the outset.

Module #2

Getting Out of the “Friend Zone”

Learn how to avoid becoming a mere professional friend by mastering the setup of enrollment conversations. Learn the "Three Parts to Start," how to use pre-framing, pre-questionnaires, and effective container preparation for mutual understanding.

Module #3

Give Results in Advance

The enrollment process encompasses Current Reality, Magical Vision, Gap, Urgency, Commitment Level, and Reflection, each with its set of potent questions. Transitioning from coaching to inviting them as a client is a pivotal step. Be transparent about your criteria and qualities as a coach, and skillfully draw out benefit statements in their words.

Module #4

The Big Ask

As you reach the pivotal moment of inviting them to become your client, remember that it's the culmination of your groundwork. The final steps involve discussing program details, clearly stating the price and payment options, and confidently asking for the sale. Additionally, discover why objections can be seen as a gift to a coach but they’re not something to overcome.

Plus…

  • A Bonus two-part enrollment: Learn how to slow your enrollment down into two intentional conversations.

  • Comprehensive enrollment template: A step-by-step roadmap for conducting a successful enrollment session.

  • Engaging 90-minute enrollment demo: A dynamic and informative recorded demonstration of a real enrollment conversation, lasting 90 minutes.

  • Expert instruction: Participants will benefit from a total of 4 hours of expert guidance and instruction, led by Andrea Leda and Chris Wilborn.

  • Valuable learning resources: Access slide PDFs from every module to enhance your learning experience and reference course materials at your convenience.

  • Ongoing support: This course can be accessed through The Braver Coaches Collective, which is a free online community hosted by Mighty Networks. Feel free to ask any questions you might have and receive live feedback as needed.

Meet Your Facilitators

Andrea and Chris Wilborn are married entrepreneurs who believe that staying true to your values and creating a flourishing business are not mutually exclusive.

Andrea equips coaches so that they feel empowered to do the work they are called to do—and help their clients and communities do the same.

Chris tailors holistic and personalized financial structures to help women+ business owners manage their finances in a way that reflects the entirety of who they are.

“Most trainings seem to tell you how to sell. Andrea and Chris's perspective was all about how to become a person who serves, and through service requires an exchange of money. The sales conversation is a powerful tool to open the perspective of the client to what's possible, not to sell them a program. Anyone who believes in heart-centered coaching should take this - this is just as much about taking care of yourself and your potential clients as well as it is about the nuts and bolts of sales.”

“Before I took this course I thought I just need to learn a process. After I realized that I was missing several pieces, clarity in our offer and our expectations for the people that we sell to. Not being confident in this process before and not feeling good about it was a daily stress that often made me avoid enrollment and therefore avoid putting myself out there as often as I should. This was completely different and I have done many of these clinics and never felt good about them before.  If you are selling yourself and asking people to trust you, to buy from you, you owe it to yourself to at least consider this course.”
