Why I’m called to do this work

As a Braver Coach, not only are you trained in high-tact skills like communication, social awareness, deep inquiry, and creating new futures—you’re also offering something that transforms people’s lives.

Yet, when conversations about money, sales, marketing, retention, or messaging come to the table, many of you want to quit.

And when I ask you why, or even if you’re on the brink of doing so now, you tell me that your business is not financially sustainable, which makes it harder to follow your calling. You didn’t become a coach for the money, so don’t let not making enough be the reason you quit.

Braver Coaches with brilliant hopes, dreams, and Ripple Effects are discouraged and languishing because their business isn’t doing what they’d hoped it would. But it doesn’t have to be like this.

Advanced courses

Virtual Gatherings

Creating a business is not something you should do alone. Get access to monthly meetings, quarterly intensives, and 1-on-1 coaching.

Monthly meeting

Join me and your community live monthly. These 60-minute gatherings give you the space to check in, receive on-the-spot coaching, and get the support you need for the month ahead.

Meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month from 10-11am PT.

2-Day virtual Heartstorm Weekend

Join your fellow community four times per year during a 2-day intensive live via Zoom. These weekend virtual intensives are a place to cultivate new growth in your business in the company of coaches like you.

The next virtual Heartstorm Weekend is May 4 & 5, 2024, and hosted live via Zoom.

1-on-1 Coaching

Sign up for monthly coaching calls. Coaching calls are opportunities to connect 1-on-1 with Andrea and dig into your business with hands-on support.

Choose from 30 minutes or 75 minutes monthly. Coaching sessions are scheduled at your convenience.

The two options

Option 1: $375 per month

This option includes:

  • Monthly 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching with Andrea

  • Four 2-day intensives live via Zoom

  • Unlimited support via email

  • Monthly live meetings

  • Access to The Brave Lab each month (plus lifetime recording access so long as you’re enrolled in The Mentorship)

  • Access to tiny and advanced courses

  • Inclusive online library (plus access to tools, templates, and resources as needed)

  • Customized resources as needed

  • Unlimited email support between sessions.

Choose from a single payment of $4500 or twelve payments of $375.

Option 2: $500 per month

This option includes everything in The Mentorship, in addition, we meet every month for 75 minutes of transformational work over a single year.

This option includes:

  • Monthly 75-minute 1-on-1 coaching with Andrea

  • Four 2-day intensives live via Zoom

  • Unlimited Voxer or email support between sessions.

  • Monthly live meetings

  • Access to The Brave Lab each month (plus lifetime recording access so long as you’re enrolled in The Mentorship)

  • Access to tiny and advanced courses

  • Inclusive online library (plus access to tools, templates, and resources as needed)

  • Customized journal prompts and resources as needed

  • Unlimited email support between sessions.

Choose from a single payment of $6000 or twelve payments of $500.

The current pricing offer is valid until April 30, 2024. Effective May 1, 2024, Option 1 pricing will be adjusted to $500 per month, and Option 2 pricing will be adjusted to $750 per month for new client agreements.

  • Your commitment to The Mentorship is for 1 year.

  • Monthly Meeting and Brave Lab attendance is highly encouraged.

  • The Mentorship resource library is a “sub-community” within the Braver Coaches Collective.
