Learn how to harness the power of coaching projects to create clients with ease

Learn how to transform your coaching sessions into valuable gifts for your clients while simultaneously utilizing them as powerful marketing tools to grow your coaching practice

Is this course right for you?

  • You are spending more time trying to get clients than you are actually serving them.

  • You frequently say things like, "All I want to do is coach!"

  • You keep posting on social media, showing up at networking events, and trying to get “out there" more, but none of it helps you create clients.

  • You know it doesn't have to be this hard to fill your practice, but you feel alone in your struggle to create clients.

  • You believe in coaching and wish more people could experience this process that means so much to you.

  • You know your dream clients aren’t going to show up at your door but sometimes you wish that they would.

If you’re ready to create, fill, and manage impactful coaching projects while upholding your values of generosity and service (without the burden of figuring it out alone) then this course is for you!

Together, you’ll learn:

  • What a coaching project is and why they’re so effective

Projects are highly effective because they offer a clear focus and tangible outcomes, allowing you to showcase your coaching skills and create meaningful transformations in a relatively short period. We'll explore the psychology behind why clients are drawn to coaching projects and how they can serve as powerful catalysts for change.

  • The keys to a successful coaching project

In this segment, we'll outline the essential elements that make coaching projects successful. We'll delve into each key factor and provide practical insights on how to apply them effectively to ensure your coaching projects yield inspired results and align you with the right clients.

  • How to run a project with a small email list or little to no social media following

You'll learn creative ways to leverage your existing network and engage potential clients authentically to make your coaching projects a success without a large email list (in some cases, less than 50 people!) and little to no social media presence or following.

  • How do coaching projects create clients?

We'll explore client creation strategies and discuss how to effectively transition project participants into long-term coaching relationships with ease.

  • Space for questions about trying these skills in your own coaching business

We encourage participants to actively engage and ask questions specific to their coaching businesses. Whether you're curious about implementing coaching projects, have concerns about their application in your own networks, or need personalized guidance on adapting these skills to your unique coaching practice, we're here to provide answers and support.

"I loved how the course started with a focus on ME and how I wanted to show up for this project through my story. It's unlike any other launch that I've done before in the past. Andrea provides how to go about this project in a way that focuses on our current relationships, instead of a broadcasting strategy. She covers everything from email templates, who to reach out to, and all the back-end techy stuff - in a way that sets us up for success. As a result, I filled my project coaching project, got over 40 hours of coaching practice, and I now have 6 paid coaching clients and a network of engaged individuals who are interested in hearing from me. As someone who thrives on deep, intimate relationships, this method of creating clients is one that I will continue to use over and over again in my business."

“When I was starting my coaching business, the most valuable thing I did was to offer my first People First Project. I learned so much in the process of doing it on my own but I felt like something was missing. That’s when I signed up for the Full Practice Project Course. The next project I ran felt more personal and congruent. The clients that came from that project are still some of my favorites. I can’t recommend this course enough if you are searching for that “magical secret sauce” for your business.”
